Amber is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Development (Diploma Qualified) and 1 year of experience within the Disability sector as a Support Worker. Amber has spent most of her time with children from the ages 0-5, supporting young children with their development, learning and growth. Amber has a passion for embedding inclusion, diversity and positivity in her practices. Amber is motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of life for participants. Amber is driven by the joy of seeing young participants discover new skills, develop a love for learning, reach developmental milestones and build positive relationships along the way. This passion involves a commitment to creating a supportive environment, staying current with best practices and advocating for the needs and well-being of participants.
