Dawn is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Behaviour Support Specialist. She has gained over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism, learning disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. She is dedicated to delivering person-centred, strength-based services that enhance quality of life and create meaningful change. Applying behavioural science through a functional contextual lens, Dawn draws on evidence-informed, values-driven strategies tailored to each individual’s unique context. She works closely with key stakeholders to co-design practical, sustainable supports that empower participants across diverse settings. At the heart of her work, Dawn believes that strong, trusting relationships form the foundation for lasting change.
