About Me
Evan holds a double bachelor's degree in Primary Education and has 20 years of experience working with children across all age groups. He combines deep classroom practice with a strong commitment to inclusive, evidence‑based approaches that support the learning and well-being of every child. Evan has experience delivering curriculum, targeted intervention and behaviour support. He has led whole‑school curriculum initiatives, designed and implemented early intervention programs, and coached educators in differentiated instruction and assessment for learning. His practice is strengths‑based and family‑centred. Evan places a high value on building collaborative partnerships with parents, allied health professionals, and community services to create coherent support systems around each child. He likes to develop practical, day‑to‑day skills and perspectives that make behaviour supports more realistic and sustainable. As a former primary school teacher with a passion for supporting individual growth, Evan has also provided Positive Behaviour Support for adults. His background in education equips him with strong skills in understanding behaviour, providing personalised support, and facilitating collaborative teamwork. Evan is dedicated to empowering adults by developing tailored strategies that promote positive behaviours, enhance independence, and improve quality of life.
