Zihua He (Jess) completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of Canberra. Jess is a passionate occupational therapist who values equality and inclusivity, recognising the unique potential and strengths of each individual. She is committed to supporting people’s independence and enhancing their future quality of life through occupational therapy. Jess has gained practical experience through diverse placements, including roles at Little Hands Occupational Therapy, the Older Persons Mental Health Community Team, the Office for Disability, and the Inclusion Council. These experiences have honed her skills in client-centred, strength-based, and trauma-informed practice. She is dedicated to developing and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to clients’ goals.
