Lauren is customer service specialist with over 10 years’ experience in the field throughout hospitality and travel services. She is known for her confidence and positive outlook on life, therefore always aims to bring that across in any role she takes on. Lauren loves making a difference where she can, even spending some time in Tanzania volunteering in 2019 helping locals set up business’ in rural areas. Lauren really believes in the core values of ORS, the services that they offer and the massive difference it can make to our clients, their families and just improving quality of life overall.
