Lisa holds over 20 years of specialised experience in disability and allied health services, vocational rehabilitation, and workers’ compensation, complemented by more than 15 years in senior and executive leadership roles, and over 17 years of experience with ORS. As Chief Operating Officer – Workplace Rehabilitation and Health, and Chief Learning and Development and Performance Officer, Lisa provides strategic leadership and oversight of ORS’ clinical workplace rehabilitation and health services, as well as the organisation’s performance and learning and development functions.
Holding an MBA, Lisa applies her comprehensive business acumen to drive strategic planning, operational systemisation, and organisational efficiency. She leads the design and delivery of ORS’ Management Development Program, an advanced and purpose-built initiative developed to cultivate the next generation of ORS leaders with the skills and strategic insight needed for future success.
Lisa’s expertise spans scaling organisational capabilities, financial and people management, and strategic advisory. Her ability to translate complex data into actionable insights supports informed decision-making and effective corporate governance. She has a proven track record of driving transformational change through effective business management, process design and implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
