Lucy is a Registered Psychologist with experience working in schools, clinics and private settings. She is passionate about working with clients across the lifespan that are experiencing diverse difficulties and mental health issues. Lucy has experience in psychological and behavioural assessment and intervention using a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Lucy takes a genuine, client-centred approach to helping individuals overcome difficulties and utilise their personal strengths to initiate and maintain positive changes in their lives.
