Madeleine is an enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with children with disability. She has a Bachelor of Teaching and specialises in Special Education. She has over three years of experience working in Behaviour Support and the NDIS area of ORS. Although she has a passion for working with children, Madeleine has experience supporting a variety of clients and has experienced success in working with individual support networks to improve their capacity to support the person with a disability. Presently, Madeleine is working in our report reviewing team and amplifies the desire to uphold the ORS Group's commitment to releasing quality, professional, person-centred Behaviour Support Plans and assisting other practitioners to increase their report writing skills.
