About Me
Nadia is an Accredited practising dietitian (APD) with over five years of experience working in private practice and disability dietitian roles. She specialises in Chronic Disease Management, Gut Health and Women's health. Graduating from the University of Newcastle in 2019, Nadia has developed a comprehensive understanding of the nutritional needs of various chronic conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and weight management. Her evidence-based approach and ability to tailor dietary interventions empower her clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that enhance their overall health and well-being. In addition to her clinical work, Nadia is committed to educating and advocating for women's health issues. She provides personalised nutrition plans that address specific concerns such as Polycystic Ovary syndrome and menopause, recognising the unique challenges women face at different life stages. Nadia's passionate approach and dedication to ongoing professional development allow her to stay at the forefront of nutrition science and effectively support her clients in achieving their health goals. Outside of work, Nadia is a busy mother of three and enjoys travel and spending time outdoors.
