Penny is a registered psychologist and Advanced Behaviour support practitioner with over 5 years of experience in the disability and mental health sectors. She has experience working with vulnerable populations, including people with intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), complex mental health, children with learning difficulties, women and children escaping domestic violence, people experiencing homelessness, and people with substance addiction. Penny is passionate about developing high-quality, person-centred reports tailored to individuals, upholding their rights and dignity, and advocating for their needs. Penny has a thorough understanding of the principles and legislation surrounding restrictive practices and is dedicated to working collaboratively with participants and stakeholders to work towards the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices.
