Rhiannon holds a Master of Teaching (Primary) and a Bachelor of Arts (Theory), and commenced a teaching career in 2018. With extensive experience supporting students who are refugees, neurodiverse, and those with physical or intellectual impairments, Rhiannon is skilled in developing individualised supports that foster inclusive classroom integration. She is experienced in building strong rapport with children, their families, and allied health professionals to design and monitor behaviour support plans tailored to meet diverse needs. She has experience using both behaviour and learning data to establish timely, achievable goals for students to meet their social, emotional, and academic needs. Rhiannon is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive environments where both children and adults feel genuinely heard and valued. She believes that every voice enriches the community and contributes to a culture of respect and belonging. By encouraging open communication and actively listening to diverse perspectives, Rhiannon strives to create spaces where individuals can express themselves confidently and collaboratively, empowering everyone to participate fully and feel respected within their community and environment.
