He graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, majoring in Media Arts Production. This academic background has given Riley the ability and understanding to showcase impactful stories through the use of a camera and to examine environments from both a storytelling and pragmatic perspective. Additionally, Riley has a long-standing passion for video editing, filmmaking and content creation, providing for a multi-layered approach to any situation he is tasked with. Riley has worked on various forms of video production, including content creation, documentaries, narrative film, and run-and-gun filmmaking. His passion for storytelling and unique visuals has resulted in two of his short films being selected for film festivals and has earned him finalist status for both projects.
