Stefhan has over 15 years of experience in employment and education services across government, for-profit, and non-profit sectors. He possesses extensive expertise in inclusive employment, workforce development, and program delivery. His professional journey is driven by a passion for creating equitable pathways to work and empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve sustainable employment and independence. Before joining ORS as an Inclusive Employment Manager under the new IEA contract, Stefhan held senior leadership roles at the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, Jobs Victoria, AMES Australia, and Workskil Australia. He successfully managed large-scale employment initiatives, such as the Social Housing Employment Program, where he exceeded placement targets and built strong partnerships between government, education, and community sectors. Stefhan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Education. He is motivated by innovation, collaboration, and the delivery of person-centred solutions that make a tangible difference. At ORS, he looks forward to leveraging his strategic and operational experience to support the IEA program's goals of driving inclusion, building partnerships, and transforming lives through meaningful employment.
