About Me

Trig is a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner working within the NDIS with a lifelong passion for supporting children and young people. Currently, Trig works with participants of all ages, tailoring support to individual strengths and contexts. By collaborating closely with clients, families, and support networks, she strives to create sustainable positive outcomes and enhance overall quality of life. Holding a Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and working as an early intervention therapist specialising in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) of therapy, Trig brings a rich blend of expertise and compassion to her practice. Through these experiences, Trig has developed a holistic and person-centred approach to supporting individuals with complex and challenging behaviours. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based interventions, focusing on ethical, respectful and individualised support. One of Trig's key strengths is her ability to empathise with clients and their families, enabling the development of strong rapport and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders. This empathy ensures that interventions are effective and delivered with care, dignity, and a genuine commitment to enhancing quality of life. In her free time, Trig finds joy in volunteering with Radio Lollipop and Make-A-Wish, reading, and spending quality time with family.
