She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, qualifications that provide her with a unique and comprehensive perspective on child development and behaviour. Her combined academic background and practical experience have profoundly shaped her approach to assisting individuals with challenging behaviours. Valentina integrates knowledge of behavioural theory with a compassionate, individualised approach, enabling her to create effective support strategies tailored to each child’s needs. She is committed to fostering positive growth and resilience in young people, promoting environments where they feel safe, understood, and empowered to thrive.
