She specialises in holistic, trauma-informed care, working alongside youth and adults to build on their strengths, enhance psychological capacity, and support emotional, social, and daily functioning. Rania holds formal qualifications in psychology and disability, including a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies (Psychology), Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced), Master of Professional Psychology, Diploma in Disability, and Certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She integrates a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). With professional roots as a Disability Support Worker and a Lifeline Crisis Support Worker, Rania brings a grounded, attuned understanding of people’s emotional experiences.
