Shelley is passionate about nurturing the potential of each individual to live a fulfilling life in the circumstances they find themselves in. Shelley is deeply interested in each person's stories, challenges, and strengths. She strives to apply a client-centred approach with a selection of accumulated skills to support living with disability and neurodiversity, navigate relationships, and overcome challenges to thrive in life. She enjoys working with complexity and navigating co-occurring personal and systemic challenges. Shelley also brings her training, volunteer experience, and clinical experience in complex trauma and dissociation. She enjoys completing assessments that meaningfully contribute to clients' access and utilisation of services, improving their lives. Shelley also brings a background of working as a communications specialist in government, non-profit, and industry sectors in Australia and abroad.
