Siana Heath is a paediatric occupational therapist and the National Manager for Early Childhood Supports at ORS. With over 15 years’ experience across community, clinic and educational settings, she brings clinical expertise and operational leadership to the design and delivery of early intervention services that support children’s development, participation and family capacity.
Siana’s practice is strengths-based and evidence-informed. She prioritises strategies that build caregiver confidence, enable participation in everyday environments and embed sustainable practice within multidisciplinary teams. As a leader, she supports clinician development, clinical governance and continuous improvement. Siana is dedicated to supporting students and early-career therapists through her involvement in projects in partnership with PRECI and Monash University to develop practical tools that accompany the National Best Practice Framework for Early Childhood Intervention.
