Georgie has experience supporting people navigating trauma, emotional regulation, ADHD, and perimenopausal mental health, and often works with families to strengthen connection and understanding. Her approach is person-centred and trauma-informed - focused on fostering self-compassion, resilience, and a sense of safety.
