Megan D’Amico is the General Manager of Legal, Safety and Risk at ORS, and has extensive experience having worked in the healthcare and disability sector for over 30 years. Megan is an accomplished practitioner and has worked in both the public and private sectors, not-for profit and specialises in enterprise risk management, workforce wellness and wellbeing, workers compensation, insurable risk, clinical governance and mandatory reporting. Megan’s practice is supported by qualifications in Nursing, OHS and Law. Megan is committed to the safety and wellbeing of staff and clients with a particular focus on coaching and mentoring allied health professionals in best practice risk management standards.
