About Me
Megan is the Acting Team Leader for the Mascot Occupational Therapy team. She is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a diverse clinical background spanning inpatient and community settings across Scotland, Ireland, and Australia. She brings a broad and adaptable skill set to her practice, with experience in rehabilitation, capacity building, and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Megan has vast experience in supporting individuals with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and psychosocial challenges across a variety of settings. Megan works across the lifespan, partnering with children, adults, and older adults to enhance their independence, participation, and overall quality of life. Her experience has enriched her understanding of varied cultural perspectives, enabling her to deliver thoughtful, responsive care in a wide range of contexts. Central to Megan’s approach is a strong commitment to client-centred practice. She prioritises building meaningful therapeutic relationships and ensures that every intervention is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, values, and aspirations.
