About Me
Sanjana is a Registered Psychologist with extensive counselling and clinical experience for neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan with diverse and complex psychological presentations. Sanjana is working with MindSpot, Medicare, EAP, and NDIS clients. Sanjana assesses cognitive, behavioural, emotional, and interpersonal functioning to conceptualise an individual's baseline functioning and assist them toward their therapeutic goals. Sanjana incorporates a variety of psychological-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Narrative Therapy, to effectively address and manage her clients' diverse mental health conditions. She encourages individuals to use and develop their inherent capacities for understanding, learning, and emotional responsiveness in response to the therapeutic alliance. Sanjana is warm and compassionate when working with clients, and she tailors her approach to meet their needs.
