Todd has worked as a strength and conditioning coach with junior and elite athletes before moving into NDIS behaviour support. Todd's focus is on providing the highest quality person-centred approach with a strong emphasis on rapport building. Todd is highly motivated to implement evidence based strategies to help clients achieve measurable goals. He enjoys the diversity of working in the disability services, engaging with other allied health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
