About Me
Vaibhavi (Vee) holds her Master's in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Western Sydney University and is fully registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Vee has extensive experience working with children, teenagers, and young adults with developmental delays, mental health disorders, and people facing day-to-day stress. Alongside, She has worked in family counselling and couple counselling settings. Vee works with a psychodynamic, person-centred, and strength-based approach. Vee is passionate about working with children with disabilities and with their families to make a difference in their lives and make the journey smoother. She truly believes that despite limitations, every individual has particular strengths that they are yet to discover. She wants to help these individuals identify and strengthen their strengths to reach their maximum potential. Vee is able to form a robust therapeutic relationship by creating an environment of trust, safety, calmness, and warmth by being compassionate and empathetic. Vee is also a certified Negro-Linguistic Programmer. She holds an interest in research and writing articles. She truly believes in self-care and mindfulness.
