Our Comprehensive Supervision Program
ORS has a strong supervision program. It includes both one-on-one and group supervision. This program provides clinicians with tailored support that meets their specific needs. It also encourages a culture of teamwork, collaboration and shared learning.
1:1 Supervision
ORS’s clinicians have access to 1:1 supervision specifically tailored to their needs and preferences. This supervision pathway is designed to offer targeted support, providing both clinical and operational guidance to help clinicians navigate every aspect of their role. Clinicians can schedule sessions with a variety of experienced supervisors, including:
- Team Leaders
- Regional Managers
- State Managers
- Complex and At-Risk Clients Team

Group Supervision
In addition to one-on-one sessions, ORS also offers monthly group supervision. In these sessions, small groups of clinicians meet to discuss challenges and share insights and learn from one another. These sessions are led by experienced clinicians and promote peer support and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring a continued focus on growth and professional excellence.
