About Me
Alice Wohlers is a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner working within the NDIS, with a deep passion for supporting children and adolescents to lead meaningful, empowered lives. With a background in education and extensive experience working with young people facing both mental and physical health challenges, Alice brings a compassionate and person-centred approach to every aspect of her work. Holding a Bachelor of Education, Alice began her career as a qualified teacher, working in both mainstream and specialist settings. There, she developed a strong foundation in supporting students with diverse and complex needs. Her experience in education has shaped her belief that every young person has the potential to grow and succeed when given the proper support, understanding, and environment. Alice’s transition into Positive Behaviour Support was driven by her commitment to helping children and adolescents navigate behavioural challenges with dignity and care. Through her role in the NDIS, Alice continues to advocate for ethical, evidence-based approaches that promote independence, inclusion, and well-being. She believes that behaviour is a form of communication—and with empathy, collaboration, and the right tools, meaningful change is always possible.
