About Me
Alicia is a registered Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and a Human Resources professional with experience in both fields spanning 15 years. Alicia's case management experience includes effective methods to work with client barriers and psychosocial co-morbidities to increase employment capacity. She also has experience working at a community level with at-risk cohorts. Alicia transitioned her Social Work expertise into the field of Human Resources, completing a Professional Diploma in Human Resources with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). To drive business innovation and performance she believes there is value in understanding people and organisational behaviour through the lens of humanistic and social perspectives. She is passionate about the benefits these approaches offer when blended with broader business management and human resources frameworks. Alicia is dedicated to social justice movements for marginalised and minority groups. She also values narrative writing as a tool for connection and meaning. Alicia has worked for the ORS Group for over 10 years.
