Alyshia has extensive experience working within the disability sector, having worked as a Support Worker, House Leader, and Support Coordinator. She has a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and a Certificate IV in Education Support. Alyshia is passionate about empowering people living with disabilities, their families, and their support networks. Throughout her career, she has worked with people with a variety of disabilities, such as Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, ASD, ADHD, Dementia, Cerebral Palsy, and more. Alyshia is dedicated to supporting people living with a disability to achieve their goals and aspirations while using a person-centred approach. Alyshia strongly believes that every person can achieve their goals with the right support, environment, people, and strategies.
