Amanda has spent 13 years assisting with the rehabilitation and support of injured individuals through a variety of legislations and schemes including Workcover WA (7 years), Comcare (5 years), and WorkCover NSW (1 year). She has specialised in the local WA market with innovative solutions to New Employer services, redeployment, and work placement services, as well as complex case management (including psychological injury, multiple injuries, and common law conditions). She has implemented a variety of pilot projects, ongoing services, and one-off assessments tailored to the customer, business, or individual to assist in achieving the best possible outcome. Amanda has also spent 5 years specialising in Comcare/SRC Act legislation, passionately driving toward positive outcomes for all key stakeholders as a technical specialist. This has included facilitating national case reviews, deep strategy thinking, technical support for all stakeholders, and provision of localised services. Amanda is passionate about finding innovative solutions to workplace rehabilitation whilst applying a 'whole person approach' to recovery and support.
