I am a dedicated and compassionate support professional with over two years of experience in the NDIS sector as a support worker, along with a background in employment services. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals presenting with a wide range of complex needs, including mental health concerns, challenging behaviours, trauma, homelessness, financial hardship, and drug and alcohol use. I also have experience working in ITC with children, which has further strengthened my ability to build trusting relationships and adapt my support to meet individual needs. I am currently completing my Certificate III in Community Services and am committed to furthering my qualifications in Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs. I am passionate about empowering participants to overcome barriers, build independence, and work towards their personal goals. My approach is person-centred, empathetic, and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on dignity, respect, and positive outcomes.
