Angela has graduated from her undergraduate degree in Psychological Science at the University of Newcastle and is about to start a Masters in Public Health at the University of New South Wales. She envisions leveraging her background in Psychology to complement her studies in Public Health to examine health systems, outcomes and policies with a focus on equity, diversity and social justice. Her goal is to help transform and uplift people’s health in Australia and around the world. In her current role as a Team Leader - Senior Customer Engagement and Funding Specialist, Angela is responsible for completing referrals, funding requests, closures and providing excellent customer service to ensure customers always receive the best possible experience. Her ability to work independently and use initiative allows her to complete all allocated duties while making sure her team also meets targets within required timeframes.
