About Me
Angela has graduated from her undergraduate degree in Psychological Science at the University of Newcastle and has recently embarked on her journey into the field of Physiotherapy. She envisions leveraging her background in Psychology to complement her studies in Physiotherapy. Her goal is to become a dedicated neuro physiotherapist, using her expertise in both fields to assist individuals with the physical and emotional aspects of recovery. Working at ORS has given Angela extensive insight in allied health and the NDIS. In her current role as a Team Leader - Senior Customer Engagement and Funding Specialist, Angela is responsible for completing referrals, funding requests, closures and providing excellent customer service to ensure customers always receive the best possible experience. Her ability to work independently and use initiative allows her to complete all allocated duties while making sure her team also meets targets within required timeframes.
