In this capacity, Braydon develops tailored care plans, collaborates within interdisciplinary teams, and ensures the safety and progression of clients ranging from 6 to 60 years old.Braydon Watkins is deeply committed to childhood development and mental health—his passion centres on advocating for young minds to understand the lifelong impact of early interventions. Braydon firmly believes in the transformative power of quality mental health support for children and adults, recognizing an individual's influence on their future and the wider community.His professional journey has honed his ability to manage diverse client needs, meticulously produce essential progress reports, implement effective routines, and conduct impactful behaviour training sessions while prioritizing safety and adaptability. Certified in Mental Health First Aid and General First Aid and volunteering to partake in counselling workshops provided by Murdoch University, Braydon is committed to utilizing his academic knowledge and practical experience in psychology to bring about meaningful changes in individuals' lives.
