About Me

Brie has Certificates IV in Employment Services and Career Development and more than a decade of hands‑on experience in government‑funded employment and training programs. Over the years, Brie has worked across structured intake and job planning, enrolments and compliance with Registered Training Organisations, group training facilitation and employer liaison. Brie is passionate about person‑centred support that focuses on strengths rather than just barriers. Brie specialises in creating practical, measurable Job Plans, running tailored mentoring and Job Club sessions, and negotiating workplace adjustments with employers so placements actually work. Brie enjoys helping people build workplace confidence — whether that is through accredited training, getting a licence, an on-site placement, or catching up on online study with RTOs. Brie takes care of the practical details, organising transport, PPE and documentation to make training and work more accessible for clients. Brie provides up to 26 weeks of post‑placement follow‑up to maximise job retention and has coordinated accredited courses and placements that have led to sustainable employment outcomes. Outside of the core role, Brie enjoys finding creative ways to make job readiness engaging — from practical Job Club activities to employer‑focused preparation — and regularly works behind the scenes to streamline processes so clients receive faster, clearer support. Brie brings a friendly, down‑to‑earth style to every step of the journey and celebrates the small wins as much as the big ones.
