Caleb is a Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) with an Honours degree in Psychology and hands‑on experience in disability support work. As a new BSP, Caleb combines up‑to‑date evidence‑based behaviour support knowledge with practical skills and a calm, laid‑back presence that helps build rapport, reduce client anxiety and promote positive engagement. Caleb is competent in functional assessment, person‑centred planning and implementing positive behaviour support strategies under supervision, integrating psychological theory with real-world support to create respectful, achievable plans tailored to individual strengths and needs. Caleb's approach prioritises least‑restrictive interventions, proactive skill teaching and collaborative communication with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
