About Me
Carmen has worked within the disability sector for the last 15 years, predominately managing teams to excel within government performance frameworks, identifying and implementing performance improvement strategies, learning and development, and building positive work culture within a business. Carmen's area of expertise ranges from contractual/service area knowledge, identifying improved performance strategies within multiple service areas, and providing exceptional customer service. Carmen's role within ORS as a Strategy and Performance Coordinator is responsible for all staff inductions across the NSW and Greater Sydney areas and more often than not, will be one of the faces you see when joining ORS. Carmen thrives on ensuring all staff achieves targets whilst supporting them across different facets and developing skills and capabilities within ORS. Carmen believes that a positive and supportive work culture will contribute to high performance across all disciplines within NDIS. Carmen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health (Health Promotion and Health Services Management) from the University of Western Sydney, along with Certificate IV in Employment Services and Cert IV in Retail Management. Carmen's extensive management history is evident throughout her time with ORS contributing to many roles including Region, National, and Service Area Management. Carmen has a passion for everything people and wholeheartedly believes in improving the quality of lives through the dedicated supports that ORS provides.
