Cecilia is an Australian Certified Behaviour Analyst with a few years of experience in early intervention and behaviour support. She has worked primarily with children with autism, ADHD and other developmental needs across clinic, home and school settings. Cecilia delivered individual and group-based behaviour support, contributed to functional behaviour assessments and behaviour support planning, and implemented proactive, reactive and skill-development strategies. She worked collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals to support communication, emotional regulation, participation and daily living skills. Cecilia holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Griffith University and is currently completing a Master of Autism and Neurodivergent Studies at the University of Wollongong. She is committed to person-centred, neuro-affirming and evidence-based practice, with a focus on functional communication, independence, meaningful participation and quality of life.
