Divyaa is the Regional Manager for Positive Behaviour Support at Stirling and a Registered Psychologist at ORS Group. She began her career in the disability sector as an Applied Behaviour Analysis therapist before transitioning to Positive Behaviour Support and Mental Health. Divyaa is dedicated to assisting NDIS participants in improving their quality of life, addressing their concerns, and building a strong team of support through a client-centred and strengths-based approach. She has been trained to work with diverse populations across the lifespan. Her special interest is in complex presentations and personality disorders. As a Regional Manager, Divyaa assists and develops her Team Leaders and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners. She is well-versed in their cases, risk management, and ensures that quality servicing is met according to ORS and NDIS standards. Divyaa was awarded the Team Leader of the Year award across the nation in 2023 and 2024 for her outstanding performance in all aspects of the role.
