About Me
Divyaa is a Positive Behaviour Support Team Leader and Registered Psychologist for ORS Group. She started her work in the disability sector as an Applied Behaviour Analysis therapist before pursuing her career in Positive Behaviour Support and Mental Health. Divyaa is dedicated to assisting NDIS participants in improving their quality of life, addressing their concerns, and building a strong team of support around them. She has been trained to work across the lifespan and with diverse populations. Her special interest is working with complex presentations and personality disorders. As a Team Leader, Divyaa assists in training and managing Behaviour Support Practitioners. She is across their cases and provides support to ensure quality servicing is met as per ORS and NDIS standards. Divyaa was awarded Team Leader of the Year in 2023 for her outstanding performance in all aspects of the role.
