About Me
Duncan has years of experience working with clients on the NDIS and leading a team. He has extensive experience working with young people with developmental and behavioural challenges through the NDIS and past experience working in schools and as a tutor in a specialist education centre. Duncan has particular expertise in supporting clients with complex presentations, including mental health diagnoses, with a specific focus on schizophrenia. Duncan is also involved in community leadership programs through Rotary International, assisting in planning and running conferences and camps throughout the year to support aspiring young leaders. A few areas of particular interest for Duncan are improving schooling for neurodivergent children and improving mental health resources for young Australians.
