Elizabeth is a Provisionally Registered Psychologist. Elizabeth has a combined 5 years of study and training across a Bachelor's, Honours, and Master's degree in Professional Psychology, and is experienced across psychiatric hospital settings, aged care, inpatient and outpatient group therapy, and youth services. Elizabeth's passion for psychology is led by a belief in compassionate person-centred care and a curiosity for the diversity of the human experience and cognition, and she works with varied presentations through a range of modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy. Elizabeth's approach is patient and compassionate, informed by clinical expertise and theory, and above all, committed to meeting each client where they are to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.
