Elle, Early Childhood Support / Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. With over 15 years of experience in inclusive and specialised education, Elle is dedicated to helping kids and young adults shine—no matter their communication style or behavioural challenges. She has taken on a variety of roles, from specialist classroom teacher to learning support coordinator and school executive, as well as working as a family preservation caseworker, supporting families to build safe, strong connections through practical and heart-centred strategies. What makes Elle stand out is her ability to make communication fun and creative, using key word sign and Augmentative and Alternative Communication tools. She believes play is powerful and loves connecting with clients through their interests, working hand-in-hand with families and stakeholders to create effective and positive supports that genuinely work.
