Hanna is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, concurrently pursuing a Masters of Psychotherapy and Counselling. Having attained an undergraduate degree in Social Science and Psychological Science with a major in Criminology. Hanna's professional background encompasses experience as a Therapeutic Carer, catering to a diverse clientele. Her expertise particularly lies in providing support to youth grappling with multiple complex mental health presentations, all within a trauma-informed framework within an out-of-home care setting. Driven by an unwavering passion for trauma, mental health, and out-of-home care, Hanna adopts a person-centred, humanistic, and holistic approach in every interaction. Her empathetic stance, coupled with an unwavering commitment to unconditional positive regard, underscores her belief in recognising the client as the expert in their own life. Thereby ensuring the implementation of their voice to create the utmost positive change and improve their quality of life. Beyond her professional commitments, Hanna actively engages in voluntary work with the YWCA, serving as a mentor for their Youth Frontiers Program. In this role, she diligently cultivates genuine and reciprocal relationships with mentees, contributing to the enhancement of their self-esteem and overall personal development.
