Holly is a registered Occupational Therapist who has worked with children and adults living with disability over the past 5 years. She is a dedicated Team Leader across the Broadmeadow and Maitland sites, providing clinical guidance and leadership. Her experience includes working within remote and urban communities and active engagement in a range of ongoing professional development programs. Holly strives to deliver client-centred intervention, empowering individuals to achieve their goals in a way which honours their preferences and lifestyle. Her approach is grounded in collaboration with individuals and their wider team, a focus on meaningful, functional outcomes, and evidence-based practice to ensure tailored support.
