India Franklin is an Occupational Therapist in a new graduate role at ORS. She completed a four‑year Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Canberra, during which she undertook three clinical placements across diverse populations: complex paediatric intervention, dementia research within multidisciplinary teams, and workplace rehabilitation with adults. While studying, India worked as a support worker for over four years, supporting clients with a wide range of needs. India is passionate about collaborative, client‑centred practice and is committed to promoting equity for people living with disability while encouraging them to safely challenge their comfort zones. She brings warmth and energy to sessions and enjoys building strong therapeutic relationships; she also values teamwork to achieve meaningful outcomes. Outside clinical work, India is a keen artist, avid dog lover and passionate traveller.
