Jessica has an extensive history working with clients in helping them achieve their goals and training and managing high performing teams. Jessica enjoys reading and understanding service contracts and developing processes and policies that help staff be as efficient and effective in their work as possible whilst meeting contract objectives and requirements. Jessica currently oversees the report writing and reviewing processes within ORS for behaviour support. Jessica has a Diploma in Frontline Management.
