John has worked with people across the lifespan with varying support needs. He has experience working in Child Protection, Health, Youth Work and Homelessness. Most recently, John worked as a Support Coordinator, supporting individuals with NDIS plans. John is passionate about applying strengths-based, person-centred, and humanistic principles in his practice and is aware of the significance of identity, belonging, responsibility, worth and value. John is committed to helping people with disabilities build independence, set and achieve their goals, build their skills and abilities, and find their path.
