Kaitlyn is a Senior Occupational Therapist with experience in community practice supporting both paediatric and adult clients with a range of support needs. Her work includes report writing and ongoing intervention in capacity building, activities of daily living, independent living skills, equipment prescription, manual handling and home modifications. Kaitlyn has a strong interest in providing neuroaffirming support and is passionate about working with people to build skills, confidence and independence in ways that are meaningful to them. Kaitlyn values building strong rapport with clients, families and support networks, and works collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver goal-focused, practical and engaging support. She adopts a strengths-based and client-centred approach, and is committed to helping individuals work towards their potential and engage more confidently in the activities and roles that matter to them.
