Kelly previously worked as a disability support worker. For 8 years, supporting and advocating for people of various backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. In the last 4 years, she predominantly worked with non-verbal individuals, learning, and adapting how we communicate with each other. She is passionate about providing person-centred services and helping people be the best they can be, as well as making sure they are being heard. She loves seeing people conquer their goals and believes they can do anything. Kelly enjoys learning and researching evidence-based strategies so she can provide the best person-centred service.
