Kim is the Occupational Therapy (OT) Team Leader for the Newcastle and Maitland regions. She brings extensive experience in the NDIS and early childhood support sectors, with a particular focus on managing complex care cases involving hypermobility, genetic conditions, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and more. She is passionate about delivering integrated, holistic care. Kim’s philosophy is to walk alongside families, individuals, and their support networks to optimise function, pursue client-driven goals, and achieve the best possible outcomes. Her work spans the lifespan, from early childhood through to adulthood, as she advocates for inclusive care, improved access, and meaningful opportunities across all environments. As a dedicated OT and leader, Kim is committed to empowering her clients and supporting their journeys with compassion, expertise, and integrity.
